Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
• Active Washington license by time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required.

• Leading and mentoring fellow providers as desired.
• Working collaboratively in a team-based care model.

Skills
