Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required.
• Ability to treat patients ages 6 months and up.
• Comfortably perform minor procedures and overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Perform minor procedures such as sutures and casts.
• Collaborate with on-site team members for support.

Skills

Experience in pediatric and adult care

Ability to perform minor procedures

Team collaboration skills

Education

Certification from the National Commission on Certification of PAs

Current applicable state licensure to practice as a PA

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
