St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a physician to provide occupational health and urgent care services, perform pre-placement and annual physicals, and collaborate with employers on health and safety needs.

Candidates should be trained in medicine, board eligible or certified in relevant fields, and may require Spanish language skills. 1–2 years in urgent care/occupational health is preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited medical school; board eligible, must be certified within one year of hire, or board certified in occupational medicine, family practice, emergency medicine, or internal medicine.
• Spanish language fluency desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provides occupational health and urgent care injury and illness care and follow-up evaluations.
• Performs histories and physical examinations for pre-placement, annual, return to duty, and executive physicals.
• Meets with employers to discuss health and safety needs, and conducts workplace tours and other on-site assessments.
• Supervises the Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners.
• Performs and directs medical quality improvement activities.
• Acts as a liaison with the medical community.
