Job summary

SIMEDHealth in Gainesville is seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C to join our Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine team. This full-time, outpatient role offers a competitive salary with quarterly bonus eligibility and a robust benefits package.

Part time with potential expansion of hours is also available. As a key clinician, you will evaluate acute illnesses and minor injuries, provide occupational health services, and perform DOT physicals (cert preferred or willing to obtain).

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills.
• DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Provide occupational health services, including work-related injury care.
• Perform DOT physicals (current certification preferred).
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Document accurately and maintain clinical compliance.
