University of Missouri Health Care in Columbia, MO is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead the Urgent Care team. You will mentor staff, model professional behavior, and drive patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

This on-site role requires a Missouri RN license or multi-state compact, a BSN, and at least one year of acute or urgent care experience. We offer competitive base pay, strong benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualificações

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.
• BSN degree required.
• One year of acute or urgent care RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create a professional environment conducive to high-quality patient-centered care.
• Serve as a role model, resource, and coach to nursing staff with ongoing development.
• Support staffing, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Facilitate shift huddles, coordinate debriefs for safety events, and drive quality initiatives.
• Plan and schedule staffing, ensuring coverage and adherence to MU Health Care policies.
• Provide patient care using standard assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.
• Educate staff on new equipment, supplies, and protocols.
• Monitor expenditures related to training, supplies, and staffing.
