Augusta Health is seeking an experienced office nurse to provide clinical support to physicians and direct nursing care in a clinic setting in Fishersville, VA. You will work as part of a team, perform triage, coordinate follow-up care, and assist with lab work, venipuncture and patient education.

This role requires a nursing diploma or ADN and an active RN license (compact states accepted). Five years of clinical experience is preferred and a commitment to high-quality patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree of Nursing required.
• Current and valid RN license in Virginia or from a compact state.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under physician supervision.
• Perform nursing triage for acute visit requests.
• Arrange follow-up care and referrals to specialty physicians.
• Assist with routine office duties, scheduling and medical supplies.
• Collect, label and prepare specimens for lab delivery.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in educational and training programs.
