Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services for patients of assigned physician(s) following standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient care needs.
• Assist providers with patient triage and initial care plans.
• Spend time with patients to listen and build rapport.
• Return patient calls and ensure patients feel valued and cared for.
