Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team across five Central Massachusetts locations, including Milford, Franklin, Hopkinton, Medway and Northbridge. The role emphasizes walk-in care for non-emergency illnesses with strong APP collaboration and imaging/lab onsite support.

Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s degree in an accredited PA/NP program, Massachusetts licensure, national certification, and DEA/CS registrations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable).
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for walk-in patients across multiple locations (Franklin, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway, Northbridge).
• Collaborate with APPs and support imaging/lab onsite to deliver timely care.

Education

Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

Hiring Range:
$127,587.20 - $160,763.20
(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).

Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
