Qualifications

• APRNs: master’s/doctorate in nursing and national certification.
• Licensed as RN and APRN in Minnesota.
• PA graduates licensed by Minnesota Board of Medicine and NCCPA.
• Continued education per certifying body requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with health care team and refer to specialists as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with PMP and regulatory requirements.
