Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from Texas Board required prior to hire date or transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from Texas Board required prior to hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to treat common illnesses and injuries, and perform procedures and diagnostics.
• Conduct patient histories, physical assessments, and interventions.
• Formulate treatment plans by ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure timely intervention and continuity of care within a physician-collaborative model.
• Provide clear counseling on wellness, treatment pathways, and community resources.
