Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a PA or NP for a full-time urgent care role in New York. The position offers an hourly rate of $50–$90 plus full-time benefits. A total signing bonus is paid over three years and depends on performance and contract details.

Required NY licensure and board certification (NCCPA for PA or AANP/ANCC for NP). Relevant emergency medicine or high-volume urgent care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or high-volume urgent care.
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York is required.
• PA: Active NCCPA board certification.
• FNP: Active board certification with AANP or ANCC.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals in an urgent care setting.
