Job summary

Integrity Care Group in Hearne, Texas is seeking a clinician to provide primary and episodic care following accepted standards. You will perform exams, order and interpret tests, diagnose conditions, and treat or vaccinate patients as needed.

You will document findings, maintain charts within 24–48 hours, and supervise staff under medical direction. A valid medical degree and active licensure (DEA) with BLS are required, plus knowledge of coding and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Medical/clinical degree from an accredited university.
• Board certification for NP/PA/MD; active licensure including DEA.
• BLS certification required.
• Understanding of medical coding and billing.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Proficient with common PC applications (Internet, Email, MS Office).
• Ability to supervise and train provider staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete physical exams and assessments across urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentations.
• Orders, performs, interprets tests and imaging to inform care.
• Diagnoses conditions based on test results and clinical findings.
• Prescribes or administers treatments, vaccines, and other care.
• Explains procedures and discusses results with patients.
• Notates findings and closes charts within 24–48 hours.
• Provides medical direction and supervision of staff; participates in chart review.
• Manages communications for events and coordination as needed.
• Safety-sensitive position with possible exposure to patients and emergencies.
