Beth Israel Lahey Health's Urgent Care clinic in Middleboro, MA is seeking an NP or PA to join as an Advanced Practitioner. You will perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and advocate for patients while ensuring efficient care coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Nursing or PA program, MA NP/PA license, valid DEA and MCSR, and suturing training. They should be capable of autonomous work and delivering excellent patient service. Flu vaccination requirement applies.

Formación

• Master’s in Nursing or PA program from an accredited program.
• Current MA NP or PA license including DEA and MCSR.
• Formal suturing training required.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Assessment: Perform physical exams, obtain medical histories, and interpret data to form preliminary diagnoses.
• Treatment Planning: Develop therapeutic care plans and administer medications/injections.
• Patient Advocacy: Provide clear instructions to patients and families and serve as a primary care advocate.
• Efficiency: Document care accurately and coordinate diagnostic testing and lab samples.
