Job summary

LocumTenens.com is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for ongoing urgent care coverage in Texas. The position requires board certification and an active state license with DEA, plus at least 3 years of ER or urgent care experience.

Pediatric care for patients from 3 months old is expected, with the clinician floating among regional clinics. Shifts include 7-, 8-, and 15-hour day blocks seven days a week across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Active state medical license and DEA.
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room or Urgent Care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to walk-in patients across locations.
• Float between multiple clinic locations as scheduling requires.
