Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or RN license with compact privilege (TX) and current Texas NP license.
• Board-certified APRN with relevant specialty.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive or problem-focused physical exams and document medical histories.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostics to guide patient care.
• Prescribe and manage medications per physician scope and guidelines.
• Develop and implement outcomes-based treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Counsel patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate care with physicians and specialists.
