Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, with locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Our centers feature EPIC EMR, on-site X-ray, and a collaborative clinical team led by experienced clinicians.

We offer scheduling flexibility to accommodate vacations and wellness days, with Monday–Friday shifts and some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting; will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting.
• PA: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification; NP: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care/emergency-level care to patients.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff as part of a clinical team.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and on-site X-ray to support care delivery.
• Work with scheduling programs to promote wellness, efficiency, and safe care.
• Scheduling flexibility Monday through Friday; weekend shifts and limited on-call required.
