NPACE is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time Urgent Care in West Texas. Join an established 100% Urgent Care team with strong clinic support, performing acute care for walk-ins and minor injuries in a fast-paced environment.

Block scheduling (7 on / 7 off) and clinic hours provide predictable patterns, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits to support your professional growth and well-being. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) with interest in full-time Urgent Care practice.
• New grads considered; Urgent Care experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort managing walk-in acuity, minor injuries, and common respiratory complaints.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services in a 100% Urgent Care setting with walk-in patients.
• Work efficiently in a team-based clinic with dedicated support staff.
• Participate in a block schedule (7 on / 7 off) with rotating shifts.
