Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required at hire.
• MA certification required within 90 days of hire from Saint Alphonsus approved agencies (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CMAC, NPCE MA).
• New Graduates: MA certificate of completion or 100-hour externship/6 months MA experience in lieu of externship hours.
• MA experience or certification is required (1 year for experienced candidates) or obtain/renew certification within 90 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA/ARC/Military Training Network required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and prep injections.
• Assist with minor procedures and complete POC tests.
• Complete tasks in the inbox and collaborate in a fast-paced care-team environment.
• Maintain effective communication with team and demonstrate strong critical thinking.
