Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our urgent care team. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and nurses to deliver compassionate, efficient patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or MA training, or at least one year direct patient care experience; BLS certification within 90 days; CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/NCCT certifications where applicable. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program OR 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• 1 year of experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities
