MemorialCare is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Front/Back Float role in Irvine, CA. This position supports busy urgent care operations, performing front-office tasks and assisting clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of ambulatory care experience, a Medical Assistant certificate, and BLS certification. A $2,500 signing bonus is available to external hires who meet employment requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office and clinical experience in ambulatory care required.
• Certificate from Accredited Medical Assistant Program required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform front-office duties for medical practices and support clinical care team as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff; provide courteous customer service.
• Assist in data collection for patient assessments and participate in teaching plans with patients and families.
• Follow provider orders and treatment plan components and adhere to office policies.
