Pay Rate: $37.17hr - weekly pay w2
This position is not compatible with clinicians whose experience is primarily or heavily concentrated in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Nursing Homes/Rehabilitation, or LTAC settings. Candidates should have relevant clinical experience that translates to a fast-paced clinic, ambulatory, outpatient, urgent care, primary care, emergency, or comparable patient-care environment.
Work schedules are generally created in 6-week blocks following completion of the required 3 weeks of training/orientation. Clinic operating hours are generally between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM. Shifts may generally be 7-10 hours, depending on clinic needs. A typical work week may consist of 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend. Every other weekend availability is required (no exceptions) 1 or 2 days during the week is also required. Monday and/or Friday availability is preferred for part-time positions but not required. Candidates may work some holidays. The clinic ultimately determines the schedule based on business needs and operating requirements.
Candidates must be available to complete the full 3 weeks of paid training/orientation. Training is generally scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. If you cannot accommodate the standard Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM training schedule, you may provide your preferred availability so an accommodation can be requested; however, the clinic ultimately determines the training schedule. Time off cannot be taken during the training period. After training, candidates must generally be able to guarantee every other weekend and at least one weekday per week, with Monday and/or Friday preferred. Schedules are generally created in 6-week blocks after training.
