Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a skilled nurse to provide urgent outpatient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with physician oversight, supporting diagnosis, treatment, and patient management across a wide age range.

You will obtain patient history, document vital signs, assist with procedures and diagnostic tests, and administer medications and vaccines under supervision, while maintaining safety and aseptic standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments, procedures, and specimen handling.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examination.
• Assist providers with minor procedures, diagnostic tests, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and vaccines, including skin testing, under provider supervision.
• Follow up on diagnostic testing, ensure proper documentation, and maintain a clean, aseptic environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and providers to support timely care and patient questions.
