Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Lead Provider in Manchester, NH.

This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced APPs passionate about high-quality, patient-centered care. As the clinical leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence, supporting new graduate providers, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA license must be maintained.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for all on-site clinical staff.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols.
