Job summary

Accelerated Urgent Care in Fresno, CA is hiring a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for urgent care medicine. The role offers full-time employment with benefits, a $85/hour base pay plus OT, and sign-on/retention/performance bonuses. Open to new grads with on-site training provided.

Two Fresno clinics are hiring; 12-hour shifts, four patients per hour, and on-site EMR usage with Experity/Dragon dictation. Comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) plan are included.

Qualifications

Completion of an MSN FNP program or MS in Health Sciences for PA track.
CA Medical License active in good standing.
CA DEA certificate in good standing.
New grads welcome; on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

Treat 4 patients per hour in a full-spectrum urgent care setting.
Work twelve-hour shifts with two 30-minute breaks.
Maintain 12 on-site shifts per month (full-time) and 2 on-call shifts per month; part-time option exists.
Perform I&Ds, toenail removal, laceration repair as routine procedures.
Utilize in-house point-of-care testing, X-ray, and EKG; document in EMR (Experity).
