Banner Health seeks an Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for Lakeside & Show Low, AZ. This full-time role offers autonomy in a fast-paced urgent care setting with clinic support.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona FNP license and DEA with prescriptive authority.
• National certification (NCCPA) and current BLS.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in urgent care or family practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide same-day care in a full-time urgent care setting.
• Treat patients of all ages with a wide range of acute conditions.
• Operate with autonomy while supported by a collaborative Banner Health team.
• No call schedule and on-site imaging available.
