Job summary

MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to cover outpatient clinics in the Orange Park area and surrounding Jacksonville locations. The role includes treating patients from 3 months old, performing first reads on x-rays, and performing urgent care procedures such as suturing.

Candidates should be licensed in Florida or be willing to obtain licensure, with a focus on flexible hours and comprehensive benefits within a fast-growing urgent care

Qualifications

• Board certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
• Willing to obtain Florida state medical licensure.
• comfortable treating patients from 3 months of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care coverage across MD Now Orange Park and nearby Jacksonville clinics.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute illnesses or injuries.
• Perform first reads on x-ray images.
• Conduct suturing and common urgent care procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Job Summary

MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to provide coverage out of our Orange Park and surrounding clinic locations within our Jacksonville Market.

Qualified Candidates

• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up
• Board certified
• Has or willing to obtain Florida state medical licensure
• Ability to perform first reads on x-rays
• Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric -and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.
