Qualifications
ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified with 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.
Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate.
DOT Certification required.
Responsibilities
Perform complete and accurate health histories and develop medical assessments.
Formulate medical diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals as needed.
Institute emergency measures in critical situations.
Interpret patient data for status determination and management.
Provide instructions regarding health care promotion.
Other duties as assigned.
