Job summary

Corewell Health South seeks an experienced APP for a Full-Time Walk-In Clinic in Niles, MI. We welcome Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Expect 3 x 12-hour shifts per week with a 7am–7pm schedule, 30–40 acute visits per shift, and potential assignments to other Walk-In locations as needed.

Work with Epic EHR, dictation tools, and Ambient AI-assisted notes. Under supervision, deliver primary and urgent care, lead quality initiatives, and support wellness and community health goals.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or NP/PA license for the state of Michigan.
• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) for NP or Doctorate preferred for physicians assistants.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience with NP or PA role.
• Epic EHR proficiency or experience with dictation software (Abridge, Ambient AI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and/or urgent care in compliance with Michigan regulations and clinic policies.
• Perform assessments, order and interpret labs, diagnose, and develop care plans.
• Educate and instruct patients, promote wellness, and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient health records and ensure proper documentation and transfer when referring.
• Contribute to clinic quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
