Acclaim Health, in partnership with JPS Health Network, seeks a Manager of Advanced Practice for Urgent Care in Fort Worth, TX. The role leads the APP workforce, collaborates with physicians, nursing, and operations to ensure safe, timely care in a high-volume setting.

The position emphasizes staffing, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and quality improvement in a 0.2 FTE admin/0.8 FTE clinical split.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited PA program.
• National board certification as NP or PA, appropriate to role.
• Minimum of five years in a clinical role; urgent care or ED preferred.
• Prior leadership experience with APP workforce is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the APP workforce in Urgent Care.
• Oversee daily APP operations, staffing, performance, and alignment with department goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor APPs; manage performance and competency assessments.
• Develop APP policies, scheduling, and budget oversight with leadership and HR.
• Ensure high-quality, safe care; coordinate with physicians, nursing, and admin teams.
