Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey with board certification.
- APRN/NP certification with privileges from medical staff; ACLS required.
- Urgent care or similar setting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Urgent Care setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review.
- Ensure adherence to standards and protocols.
