Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to provide healthcare services under supervision or in collaboration with the attending physician.

This role includes medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals, with patient advocacy as a core responsibility. The practitioner will perform physical exams, order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other health professionals.

Qualifications

• CRNP or PA license in PA or NJ and NCCPA certification for PAs.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state licensure.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, counsel, and educate patients and families.
• Evaluate patients and perform physical examinations including medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate and communicate patient care with other professionals and institutions.
• Participate in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
