Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Music & Lyrics Expert - Urdu for a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated music and lyrics, rate quality and creativity, and compare lyrics with published songs to assess originality.

The position runs up to 6 months, requires 20+ hours per week, and starts immediately. Ideal candidates are native or near-native Urdu speakers with strong English instruction-following ability and a background in songwriting, lyricism, performance, composition, or music

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist.
• Knowledge of the Urdu music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
