Job summary

UrbanRenewArch is seeking an experienced Architect to join the remote BD Arch team, focusing on Revit model development and permit-stage drawings for Israeli projects. You will coordinate with engineering consultants and work on both cloud-based BIM projects and local Revit files, collaborating with the in-house team and ensuring high-quality documentation.

The role requires hands-on Revit and AutoCAD expertise, proficiency in BIM coordination, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Expert-level Revit skills.
• Strong AutoCAD skills, including moving AutoCAD drawings into Revit.
• Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and BIM cloud environments (e.g., BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and coordination between disciplines.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Able to work independently, manage several projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with residential, urban renewal or mixed-use projects.
• Experience working with several Revit versions.
• Comfortable using AI tools in the workflow, e.g., to translate Hebrew text in plans (Hebrew not required).
• Experience with rendering and visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo or similar BIM automation tools

Responsibilities

• Build Revit models from scratch for new projects.
• Continue and develop existing Revit projects.
• Convert AutoCAD projects into clean, well-structured Revit models.
• Produce permit-stage drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) for Israeli municipalities.
• Keep Revit models clean and accurate for consultants to use.
• Coordinate BIM with consultants: check infrastructure and systems, resolve clashes.
• Work with cloud-based BIM projects and local Revit projects.
• Maintain high-quality drawings and documentation.
• Communicate clearly in professional English with in-house team and consultants.

Architect (Revit / BIM).

We are looking for an experienced architect with strong Revit skills to join BD Arch remotely. You will build and develop Revit models and produce permit-stage drawings for residential and commercial projects in Israel. You will also coordinate the BIM model with the project’s engineering consultants. Depending on the size and complexity of a project, you will work on your own or as part of a team.
