Urban Outfitters in Austin is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors who bring real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture to life in-store. You’ll engage customers with authentic conversations, stay current on product drops, and help create a memorable, on-brand shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining an inspiring, organized space, assisting with styling displays, and using in-store tech to support customers’ shopping paths—online or in-store.

Our Seasonal Brand Ambassadors are the heart of the store, bringing Urban Outfitters to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Starting from USD $11.57/Hr.
