Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Spring, TX is hiring Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through authentic conversations and stylish, personal interactions with customers.

You’ll stay on top of product drops and trends, create an energetic and welcoming in-store experience, and help maintain an inspiring, organized shopping space. Flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays is valued as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: Show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: Engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Make Shopping Seamless: Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
• Work as a Team: Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
