Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Santa Barbara is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through personal style, authentic conversations, and a passion for fashion and pop culture. You’ll help customers have a memorable shopping experience, stay in the know on product drops, restock displays, and use in-store tech to support shoppers across channels.

This role offers flexible scheduling, employee discounts, opportunities to grow within the brand, and a vibrant team in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with your individuality and knowledge of trends.

Our Brand Ambassadors are the heart of the store, bringing Urban Outfitters to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. Role Responsibilities

Bring the Brand to LifeShow up as you-your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what's happening in-store and online

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you'll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop- whether that's in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go- every day is a little different, and that's part of the fun

Role Qualifications
