Responsibilities

• Create a fun, engaging, inclusive classroom culture for elementary and/or middle school grades.
• Differentiate instruction to meet learners' needs.
• Prepare students to be college and career ready as measured by benchmark assessments.
• Develop, modify, and implement curriculum and assessments for students with diverse learning needs.
• Drive academic outcomes for all students by analyzing data, differentiating instruction, and supporting each learner's unique needs.
• Contribute to the Child Study Team assessments of student needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement an effective curriculum.
• Inspire students and fellow staff to perform at their highest potential.
• Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with WHIN families.
• Uphold all school policies within the classroom.
• Attend designated school functions outside of school hours.
• Attend and participate in all school/parent meetings.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of all school-wide events.
• Receive and implement feedback from school leaders and other staff.
• Participate with enthusiasm in all school wide professional development
