This full‑time interim position through June 30, 2027 reports to the Managing Director of Schools and partners with network leaders to recruit staff, manage enrollment, development activities, and school

Qualificações

• Urban school leadership experience with a track record of improving student outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred; practicing Catholic.
• Experience leading adults and managing cultural change; background check required.
• Experience in enrollment, development, and family engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of a common PreK-8 curriculum and instructional framework.
• Oversee faith formation aligned with diocesan requirements.
• Foster a strong Catholic school culture and student engagement.
• Drive enrollment growth through marketing and outreach.
• Recruit and support teachers and staff; oversee professional development and retention.
• Ensure efficient school operations, budgets, and scholarship management.
• Maintain academic records and progress reporting; ensure state compliance.
• Partner with network leadership to advance school-wide goals.
