The UR Lead will identify system issues, support staff through challenging cases, and collaborate with leadership to optimize utilization and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• BSN required; CT nursing license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in Utilization Review or Case Management preferred.
