Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related field, or equivalent.
- Ability to use basic computer systems and SAP or similar platforms.
- Willingness to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily staffing to support production needs.
- Guide day-to-day maintenance across production equipment.
- Build, mentor, and develop maintenance team.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Partner with production supervisors to align priorities.
- Support safety practices and investigations.
- Review work orders and improve response times.
- Promote clear communication within maintenance and other departments.
