Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL seeks an energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences while preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• TIPS certification or equivalent preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Take orders and enter into POS system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.
