Kaluz Restaurant, part of ARKA Restaurant Group in Pembroke Pines, FL, is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and plate items to established recipes, and set up stations for service.

Ideal candidates have basic cooking techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team under pressure. We offer part-time or full-time roles with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes, specifications, portions, and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock assigned stations with ingredients, tools, and supplies for service.
• Review preparation levels and communicate product or supply needs during service.
• Follow tickets accurately and coordinate timing with other kitchen stations.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, flavor, temperature, portioning, and presentation.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and storage, including labeling and dating.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and safety procedures.
• Minimize food waste and support cost-control through proper preparation and portioning.
• Communicate effectively with Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Chefs, and Managers.
• Notify Management of shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and closing responsibilities.
• Support other kitchen stations and team members as needed.
