Gurney’s Montauk is seeking a Gourmet Server for GiGi’s, a refined coastal dining concept within the resort. The role requires deep knowledge of the menu, wine, and service standards, with a focus on anticipating guest needs and delivering flawless, upscale service in a high-volume setting.

The successful candidate will exemplify professionalism, genuine hospitality, and a passion for guest engagement, serving as an ambassador of the GiGi’s experience in Montauk.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide polished, attentive service from greeting to departure.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu, wine, and cocktails.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery.
