Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or hotel management experience at leadership level.
• Experience in upscale dining, hotels, resorts, or high-volume hospitality.
• Knowledge of both restaurant and bar operations.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance, labor, inventory and costs.
• Strong recruiting, training, and staff retention capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Inspire, coach and develop front-of-house managers and hourly teammates.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with high hospitality standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Partner with culinary and beverage teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor costs and labor while driving profitability.
• Ensure compliance with standards, health regulations and alcohol service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with events, banquets and hotel Food & Beverage initiatives.
• Step into GM role as needed to ensure smooth operations.
