Job summary

Terrain is seeking event staff to expertly set up dining and ceremony spaces, assist with transitions and breakdowns, and deliver warm guest service throughout weddings and tastings. You will manage directions for seating, menus, and service flow, supporting a flawless guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring experience in upscale hospitality or catering, strong communication, and the stamina to work long shifts outdoors or indoors.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale hospitality or banquet service is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, patio/bar, and ceremony areas for events.
• Move tables and chairs during transitions and breakdowns.
• Provide warm, polished guest service during service moments.
• Know menu offerings and seating/serving details for smooth execution.
• Buss, clear, and reset dining stations and service ware as needed.
• Restock and organize all food and beverage displays during events.
• Dry and polish equipment; store away after events.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations throughout shifts.
• Represent Terrain brand with professionalism at all times.
