Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in events, restaurants, or hospitality.
• Great people skills; you’re outgoing, respectful, and can keep your cool under pressure.
• A strong eye for detail and cleanliness.
• This role involves extended periods of standing, lifting 25-50 lbs, and being on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down your bar station before and after each event.
• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, speed, and a positive attitude.
• Craft a variety of beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide wine service at guest tables when required.
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar throughout your shift.
• Restock glassware, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; communicate needs to the barback.
• Know the beverage menus to confidently guide guests and answer questions.
• Stay in communication with event managers and supervisors for issues or requests.
• Show up on time, in uniform, with a polished appearance.
• Follow all company policies, health guidelines, and service standards.
• Flexibility to work in traditional cash bars, open bars, or consumption-based bars.
