Job summary

The Waters is seeking a warm, professional Server to join our upscale dining team. You will provide attentive service to residents and guests, respond to requests promptly, and represent The Waters with hospitality and grace.

No experience is required; prior hospitality experience is helpful. You will create a fun, engaging environment for residents, engage with families, serve food and beverages professionally, and help ensure every dining moment reflects our mission to THRIVE.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner.
