Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Excelsior, Minnesota is seeking a part‑time Server for evenings 4 PM–8 PM. You will provide upscale dining to residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.

No experience is required; hospitality experience is welcome. This position offers $15–$17 per hour plus benefits including holidays, PTO, medical and dental coverage, a 401(k), and access to earned income via OnShift.

Qualifications

• No experience required; previous hospitality experience preferred
• Provide excellent hospitality to our seniors
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with residents’ family and friends and take time to visit with them
