Job summary

Pinstripes in San Mateo, CA seeks Server Assistants to support servers in a unique upscale dining and entertainment venue offering Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.

You will help with setup, stocking, and breakdown, ensuring a clean and inviting environment, and you will engage guests to enhance their experience. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Provides memorable guest service.
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience.
• Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently.
• Help personalize the experience.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours.
• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
