Job summary

Whiskey Cake Int'l Plaza, LLC in Tampa is seeking skilled bartenders to join our bar team. As a barkeep, you’ll interact with guests, craft cocktails, and deliver hospitality with speed and warmth.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in upscale service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food Handler’s and TABC certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and whiskey preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should always be worn while in work areas.
• Assemble/dismantle the bar area per proper procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups per recipe.
• Assist guests with questions about the menu and beverages.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Set up for the next shift and restock as needed.
• Communicate and work with management in a friendly manner.
• Maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar before end of shift.
• Assist in washing and restocking glassware for bar drinks.
